  • At the DKA facilitator training we offer the necessary tools to develop each individual's ability to perceive, resonate and communicate in the energetic quantum field.

5 days intensive
in-person retreat

We will gather for a 5-day immersion at a sacred retreat center in Cataluña, surrounded by an ancient oak forest hidden in the mountain. A healing experience enhancing inner transformation, integrating Kundalini energy and receiving elemental pillars to sustain it. This training will guide you to a transformation in itself, a flourishing of your most authentic expression. You will learn to facilitate, to grid the energetic field, identify blockages, and provide emotional support, holding both the individual and group processes of a session.

3 months of online training & support

During the three months of online mentoring we will have weekly zoom calls to share insights and experiences, answer your questions and practice activations virtually at distance. Working with Kundalini activations means understanding that there are no temporal or spatial boundaries in the quantum field.

    Somatic Trauma Release through Movement: One of the common experiences are spontaneous movements. These involuntary movements are the physical body's way of releasing stagnant or blocked trauma and emotions, clearing the path for a lighter state of being.

    Emotional Release: Through the activation of Kundalini energy, stagnant emotions find a pathway to be fully felt and released, often manifesting crying, screaming o laughing. Embracing and allowing these spontaneous expressions enables the release of unprocessed emotions and facilitates the completion of trauma cycles.

    Therefor online sessions are similar to in-person activations. Some people are better at relaxing and receiving energy in a group, while others are more comfortable at home.

    Beginners may need more virtual sessions to activate than they would in person.

  • It is recommended to refrain from eating and drinking coffee 2 hours before the session. If you must eat, please something light like fruit.

    We suggest avoiding alcohol and other substances 24 hours prior to the activation.

    Your clothes must be comfortable and allow movement. Do not wear zippers, jewelry or a watch.

    Bring your water bottle and eye mask.

    If you have an illness or are under medical treatment, please let me know.

    Arrive at the venue 5-10 minutes before kick-off so we can start on time.

    Come with no expectations and with an open heart. All you have to do is lie down on the mat and relax, the energy will do the rest.

  • It is recommended to refrain from eating and drinking coffee 2 hours before the session. If you must eat, please something light like fruit.

    Find a quiet space at home where you won’t have interruptions, creating a relaxed and comfortable environment.

    Make sure there is enough lighting in the room for the facilitator to see you.

    Prepare a yoga mat or tatami to lie on. Have a blanket to cover yourself with on hand, in case you get cold.

    Your clothes must be comfortable and allow movement. Do not wear zippers, jewelry or a watch.

    Make sure you have a computer or tablet with good internet connection.

    The computer/tablet camera must be positioned in such a way that it focuses on the whole body, from head to toe. It is essential to have the camera connected for security reasons.

    It is recommended to use headphones for better sound quality.

    It helps to enter the process to wear an eye mask.

    Have no expectations, just an open heart. All you have to do is lie down on the mat and relax, the energy will do the rest.

  • Participation in a session is subject to your condition and should be avoided in the following cases:

    • Alcohol or narcotic intoxication

    • Taking psychoactive drugs

    • Epilepsy, aneurysm, osteoporosis, recent surgery

    • Psychiatric disorders such as psychosis, mania, delusions or bipolar disorder

    • Uncontrolled cardiovascular problems (angina, heart attack, high blood pressure)

    • Pregnancy after third trimester

    • State of mind or maturity that precludes consent
